We purposefully set the bar very high at Strategic Contact. After all, our team and our project results are the only product we have. You won't find junior consultants cutting their teeth here. Our team has been on the front lines working with vendors, IT/telecom, operations, finance and support for years. We bring that wide range of experience to the table for each of our clients, which gives instant credibility to projects. We have the maturity, backgrounds and creativity to make results tangible for our clients and their customers.

In addition to the experience we've collectively racked up, another aspect that differentiates our team is our energy and enthusiasm. We've been told we bring out the best in call center teams.

This stems from our driving philosophy of being laser-focused on our client's needs, not our own agenda. We're smart about assessing situations, developing goals and helping drive toward them in a partnership with our clients. Plus, we thrive on helping identify issues and risks, and mitigating them before they become problems. As a result, clients receive highly effective, actionable projects on time and budget, every single time. And that leads to success for everyone.

We also like to have fun. We do what we do because, oddly enough to some, we love contact centers. We don't take ourselves too seriously, and often find ourselves and our clients smiling and laughing during meetings. We feel lucky to have found others who are cut from the same cloth and are determined to help companies optimize the strategic value of their customer contact technology and operations.

We're often asked to speak at events, create tools and write articles (and even books) to share our knowledge and insights. We enjoy the opportunity to educate others on this fascinating industry we're in, and believe knowledge is the biggest ingredient in being successful. The industry is constantly evolving and we're fortunate others value our opinions and view us as industry experts and thought-leaders.
