A Note From Lori Bocklund, Founder of Strategic Contact
I formed Strategic Contact in 2004 with the goal of creating an independent consulting firm that focuses on strategy first. We start with strategy because it is the key to optimizing the value of customer interaction, and it provides the proper context for everything else. Further, it is a high priority for most business and technology leaders.
Throughout my 15 years of consulting and over 20 years in the call center business, I've found that many companies lack the time, resources, and/or methodologies to conduct strategic planning and bring their plans to fruition. This has become even more apparent as companies have tightened budgets and sought greater and greater productivity from their resources. Most centers and those who manage and support them are too busy fighting fires to find the time to lead strategic initiatives. Yet they know strategic planning is essential.
We are dedicated and passionate about helping clients find a way to define and deliver on strategic plans. We can also provide support if you've already developed a strategy and need help executing it.
